OUT OF THE WOODS

Ambassador Francis Muthaura is a free man.His case against humanity was dropped yesterday by ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.Bensouda told the panel of judges that her side pursued the case without bias or prejudice.
In his statement to journalists,Muthaura said he is free but he is not rejoicing yet.Speaking at the Serena Hotel,he said he had seen justice been man-handled and it has broken his heart.
He hopes the ICC will handle other cases justly.
Mr.Muthaura's lawyer,Kamir Khan,speaking at the same venue said that Bensouda has done well for getting her house in order.
